 Mental and even physical resilience is affected by the language you use – negative descriptions of people and events deplete you, positive ones empower you.

Our language, and the words we tend to use, determines what we focus on. And we know that energy follows attention. Remember resilience is a high-energy state. A wise man said: “Watch your words, they become your thoughts; that become your actions; that become your habits; that become your character; and that becomes your destiny.”
